Why should I trust Toughtec for my machines?

Because we are a government recognized company with a clean business record. We export machines to various customers across the world as per the international compliance. We have a verified EXIM code and we are also an ISO 9001 – 2015 certified company.

Is Toughtec a manufacturer or a trader?

Both in fact. We have own manufacturing unit where we make all material handling machines and we outsource manufacturing of certain machines parts as per our designs and requirements. We also trade in certain products and spare parts for export purposes.

Is it safe to make advance payment to Toughtec for importing machines?

Yes, its completely safe. All we require is advance payment at the time of order confirmation and the rest is required post manufacture inspection. You can do it physically or on line as per your convenience. Besides, all payments are acknowledged instantly.

How about transparency and price assurance with Toughtec?

Simply check the competition and compare our specifications and quality to self-justify.

What about timely dispatch?

From the day you confirm the order, we constantly update you on the status of your machines. Complete job card is shared on timely basis to keep you updated on the order status. Timely dispatches are assured with target dates from the very moment of receiving the PO. Besides, we have a record of timely dispatches and many times even before the promised dispatch dates.

What about transparency in shipping & logistics charges?

Due to volatility in shipping rates post Covid, we only quote FOB prices to the nearest dry or wet port in our Pro forma Invoices. CIF charges are billed at the time of dispatch with 15 days price assurance. We are quite happy to share the incoming invoices to assure you of transparency. We also encourage our buyers to provide their shipping agents so we can hand over the products to you for further dispatch from port of origin.

Do we charge packing and Handling charges?

Packing in foam, corrugated sheets and plastic wrap is included in the price. Wooden packing, if required, is charged as per the actual. We also charge Handling if Heavy machinery or labour is used for loading, unloading the material and if local logistics & freight is involved for the purpose.

What about the local tax (GST) on export orders?

We do not charge local tax on export orders. It’s waived off at the time of invoicing.

What if I personally want to visit for pre or post inspection of orders?

We would love to see you in India personally for any inspections that you may want in person.

What if I fail to make timely payment prior to dispatch?

We completely understand that there are times when things are not in favour and one has to wait against anticipation. In such cases we park your shipment in our warehouse for up to 45 days without any charges, however, rentals are charged from day one post 45 days of storage and before cancellation of the order after 90 days.

Do I get the refund on cancelled orders?

Complete refund is made in case the order is cancelled from our end due to any reason whatsoever, however, we deduct administrative cost of 30% of the total order value in case the order is cancelled from your end. The refund of the balance amount is made after selling the machines to the third party irrespective of the time involved in selling.

What about after sales service in export orders?

We can provide installation & other after sales services at your expense outside India. We have a set labour charge along with boarding and lodging charges for the service & installation team.

Do I get on line support?

Yes, we provide on line audio & video support if required.
